WUHAN Nike Air Force 1 Nere Scontate , Jan. 30 (Xinhua) -- China's Three Gorges Reservoir raised its discharge volume starting Monday to increase the power supply to downstream provinces.
At 2 p.m. Tuesday, the reservoir's storage flow was recorded at 8,100 cubic meters per second, while outbound flow was 8,110 cubic meters per second, according to the Yangtze River Water Resources Committee.
The daily average outbound flow has increased to 9,520 cubic meters per second.

Defending champion Iran returned to wining ways after a heartbreaking loss to the Philippines on Monday, demolishing Palestine 94-48.
