You must be become present and start taking the actions that will drive you towards success. Getting your goals down on a piece of paper will set in place your new life you are striving for in process.
You might say, I don't know what I want. It's important when writing your desires down, that you go back to when you were a child. Think about a child and how if you asked them to right a letter to Santa Clause of what they would desire for Christmas. They would have no trouble coming up with things to say. Picture yourself becoming that child and let your imagination go wild, don't hold back. You desire a jet Rashaan Evans Shirt , Boat, house, to be a master in something, to learn how scuba dive. Do this for about 6 minutes each. After that write down how many years or less you will achieve these goals. Will you achieve it in 1 year or less, 3 years or less. Write it down next to your goal. After that chose your top three goals that are 1 year or less, and write down why this goal is important to you. This reason why is going to get you to keep going when you don't have any reason else to. It will keep you focused and going after your goals.
The thing in this exercise is to be able to look back into your life and say I've lived a more fulfilled life. Picture yourself 85 years old on a rocking chair on your front porch. You're just there looking back at all the things you've accomplished. Look at you goals and see if you didn't accomplish them how would you feel. How would it make you feel to have lost all those years. After that see how it would feel if you had achieved that goal. How would it make you feel? Would you be happy you got to experience this in your life. How much did you achieve because of it.
The thing here is to get that feeling of how it would feel to achieve this goal. Once you have a feeling towards your goal, you are changing your normal kind of thinking patterns. Interrupting it with your goals that you desire to achieve. You have a reason why this is going to get you a focus to achieve them. You will command the universe to give you this desire as you are living with it in your mind.
Your mind is a powerful tool and it will start to make this thought with this feeling attached to it reality. Your brain doesn't know the difference between reality and this thought. It does this because your feeling are making it appear to be real Marcus Mariota Shirt , and your brain will guide you to where you must go.
That's why it's important everyday you look at your goal in the morning, and before you go to bed. You must have this feeling and though inside you. Let it consume you. Live with it so clear in your mind and the outside world will have no other choice to show you your desire. Your brain will direct you towards your desire.
Don't be afraid to dream big, people have used this and have achieved great things. Go back to a child mentality and go after what ever you desire. Remember to do this and capture a feeling and to do it everyday and your mind will get you there.
